Atkins Recipe : Chicken Salad #1Phase


CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of salad
  • 1/2 cup of diced chicken breast
  • 1/2 of shallot
  • 1 tbs of turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs of curry powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • A pinch of paprika 
  • 1 tbs of mayonnaise (Kewpie brand)
  • Cooking oil for frying
Methods
  1. Mix turmeric powder,curry powder, salt, black pepper powder and chicken together . Set aside for 15-30 minutes .
  2. Heat cooking oil and fry the chicken .
  3. Add Salad into a big bow with tiny sliced of shallot. Add mayonnaise and mix together with fried chicken.
  4. Sprinkle paprika over salad. Enjoy!
